Didier Hartereau
CEO
Founder of KSO, Didier moved to Cambodia in 2013 to launch an innovative outsourcing model. His goal: to provide French companies with locally based French-speaking talent to carry out a wide range of missions.
Over the years, he has steered KSO toward a specialization in technical and IT support, while maintaining a human-centered, agile approach focused on service quality.
Adeline Rouet
Administrative and Human Resources Director
Adeline moved to Cambodia in 2014, driven by the desire to live an experience abroad. She first opened a shop specializing in motorcycle helmets and accessories before joining the KSO team in 2018.
She oversees the company’s administration as well as human resources management.

Après une décennie passée au sein de groupes européens de conseil en IT, Lucas décide en 2022 de donner une nouvelle dimension à sa carrière en s’installant au Cambodge.
